What to Look for in Pool Reviews (And What to Ignore)
1. Authenticate them. Fake reviews exist. Look for specific details and photos.
2. Volume matters. 13 reviews vs. 1,300? Big difference.
3. Don’t trust perfect 5-stars. Nobody’s perfect. A 4.9 with some negative reviews is actually more believable.
4. Read the bad ones. You want to know what went wrong and how the company responded.
5. Look for photos. Not stock images. Real pools they actually built.
Bonus: Check how the owner responds to negative reviews.
